Email updates privacy notice

Effective July 20, 2026

This notice applies to email-update forms served by subscribe.sic-group.cc on participating project websites. The operator identified on the website where you subscribe is responsible for that project’s list. SIC Group provides the shared subscription infrastructure.

Data collected

We collect the email address you submit, the project list you chose, and the subscription timestamp. A name is stored only when a form explicitly asks for it. The public form does not store your IP address as a subscriber profile field.

Purpose and consent

The data is collected for future updates from the project you selected. During the current collection-only phase, the system sends no confirmation or campaign email. Submission requires explicit consent. We do not sell subscriber addresses.

Storage and choices

Subscriber records are held in an access-restricted Listmonk system and kept in separate project lists. You can request access, correction, or deletion before any mailing begins. If email updates are enabled later, every message will include an unsubscribe link.
